In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the protection of the rights of the defence of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data) we would like to inform you that:

2. Personal data are collected and processed for the purpose:

1) the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or to be taken up action at the request of the data subject prior to the conclusion of the contract, at pursuant to Article 6(1)(b)
2) processing is necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation incumbent upon it on the administrator – bookkeeping, reporting, issuing invoices/accounts, making financial settlements with
contracting parties, the handling of complaints about goods pursuant to Article 6(1)(c)
– Accounting Act of 29 September 1994,
– Act of 11 March 2004 on Value Added Tax.
– Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights.
– Act of 23 April 1964. Civil Code.
3) processing is necessary for legally justified purposes the interests pursued by the controller
– the recovery of arrears in recovery processes and judicial, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f). 3;

3. The provision of your personal data is voluntary and necessary to complete the following a legal obligation and to perform a contract, to which a person is a party, to which
the data relate to, or to take action at the request of the data subject before conclusion of a contract. If you do not provide your details, you will not be able to do so:

1) fulfilment of the legal obligation – issuing an invoice/bill, performance of the contract settlement of purchase / sale transaction or complaint of goods. Maybe it is result in the consequences provided for by law;
2) conclusion or performance of an agreement. 4.

4. Personal data will be stored only for the period necessary to meet the following requirements the purpose for which they were collected or during the period indicated by law (in particular, the Accounting Act of 29 September 1994, the Accounting Act of March 11, 2004 on value added tax). In the absence of such provisions, personal data will be stored until the end of the calendar year falling after the year in which the claim becomes time-barred or expires. In cases not described above, personal data will be kept for no more than 10 years from the date of their last storage processing, which shall be disposed of by the end of the calendar year

Personal data may be transferred to entities processing them into commissioning the Administrator (e.g.: entities servicing IT systems /). information technology and applications in which personal data are processed) and entities entitled to obtain them (e.g. Banks, Polish Post Office, companies, etc.).

6. The Administrator does not transfer or intend to transfer personal data to the Administrator. The Administrator does not transmit or intend to transmit personal data to a third country (outside the European Economic Area) or an organisation

7. The Administrator does not have a Representative.

8. Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be profiled, unless such action is permitted by law that provides for appropriate measures to protect your rights, freedoms and rights legitimate interests.

9. Within the limits set out in the Regulation, you have the right to request from the Administrator

1) access to their personal data:
2) access to the content of their personal data,
3) correct (correct) and transfer their personal data,
4) delete or limit the processing of their personal data,
5) to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the compliance of the processing for which consent was given prior to its withdrawal and you also have the right to object to the following processing of their personal data.

10. Any data subject shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, which is the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, at the processing of data which is contrary to the provisions of law.

The Administrator shall make every effort to ensure adequate the level of protection of your personal data.
